‘Infinite’ is a service for those wanting full overall assistance when looking to plan an event. Whether you’re looking to organise a marriage proposal, press launch or birthday, Studio Porter can be on hand to ensure each aspect of the process is carefully taken care of.

You’ll receive an entirely bespoke proposal designed around your budget and requirements. Together, we’ll focus on a realistic budget breakdown and allocation, followed by a ‘uniquely yours’ Design Guide completely afresh with personal touches and deeply considered detail. I’ll also suggest and manage trusting suppliers, tackle any logistical restraints and work on a thorough plan and schedule to ensure the event itself runs as smooth as possible.

Uniquely designed to suit your style and budget, the ‘Enhance’ service focuses purely on the aesthetics of your event or occasion. A truly visual experience, complete with colour palettes, inspiration guides, mood boards and story telling.

I’m here to ensure that the overall creative direction and experience are cohesive and unified, where we’ll work together, along with carefully suggested suppliers, to create an event that ultimately reflects you. On the day itself, I’ll be on hand to execute our well-prepared styling plan and oversee the final finishing touches and finer details.

1. What type of events do you plan?

I can essentially plany any form of event. There are plenty of moments in life worth celebrating; this can be anything from a private dinner, birthday party, engagement, brand event or simply cocktails with the girls.

2. Why would I need a Planner or Stylist for my event?

For me, an event is when someone celebrates an occasion, moment or achievement. So it’s these significant times in our lives that become truly memorable and precious to us. So why not make it extra special but hiring someone to plan and style the event for you? We’re here to let you enjoy the best parts of hosting and planning, so you can really make the most of the process and day itself.

3. What is the difference between a Planner and a Stylist?

Both a Planner and a Stylist bring a lot to the table. A Stylist is something fairly new, but a role that many people are now embracing and hiring for their events. A Planner is someone who can manage, plan and coordinate the logistics of an entire event as well as be on hand to make sure the day itself runs as smooth as possible. Whereas as a Stylist acts as the creative visionary behind the overall look and feel, whilst also bringing it all together on the day.

4. How soon should I book your services?

It’s best to get someone on board right from the very beginning. That way, you really get the best out of the service! It also means you can relax right from the outset, knowing everything is being taken care of and brought together exactly the way you envisioned it to be.

5. I’m not from London, can I still hire you?

Yes, even though I’m based in London I like to work with people all over the UK.
